Hi Guys,

I would like to know what software are you guys using to manage your rental units. I am looking for a cloud-based tool where we can manage expenses, calculate taxes, roi, roe and cash on cash returns. Please share your experiences with your favorite tools.

I use excel for all these things. I make it cloud accessible by keeping my spreadsheets in Google Drive. You can customize Excel and download free templates by googling what your looking for.
