Hi BP members, I have a qs

I have a 4plex under contract in CA, with tenants in place. The rents are really low and I want to raise the rent, Can i evict the tenants after we close on the property ? is that legal ? I cannot find any local tenants laws,

Quote from @Luis E Zarazua:

I recommend you join the California Apartment Association. California is one of the highest regulated, heavily litigated places on earth and their laws are constantly changing. If you are going to manage yourself, you need to partner with someone that stays on top of it and helps you along the way or that place can eat you up. I have worked with dozens of investors that started out in California then sold all their property and moved their money to another state. It's not for the weak.
