Fire in one of my units
I just had one of my tenants set one of my houses on fire, major damage but not a total loss. Has anyone ever dealt with this? Any advice? Would you work with a public adjuster?

Contact your insurance provider immediately. They will walk you through the steps.
Did the tenant have renter's insurance? If so, they should file a claim immediately.
