Property Management Company Recommendations?
Anyone have recommendations for property management company in Lawrenceville, Canton, GA area?

No personal experience but a good bet is to google "property management company in lawrenceville, ga" and whoever is at the top of the list is often who does the best job with their marketing == less vacancies for you. As an owner, one thing I insist on is that the property manager provide me a owner portal view where I can see my properties, if they are rented, and what the real-time expenses/income are. Most property management systems include this feature, so if they are a decent property manager they will be able to supply this.
