Section 8 Minneapolis
Anyone have experience renting to section 8 tenants in Minneapolis? From what I'm finding that's going to be the best way to cashflow in this market.

I have a friend who rents Section 8 in Minneapolis. I know once upon a time he attended a workshop for owners or potential future owners. You may have already found this online, but I went and looked it up... The next workshop put on by Minneapolis Public Housing Authority is on September 20th at 2pm at 1001 Washington Ave N.
