Switch PM because they were inherited?

So my current property management company was inherited when I north the duplex. It's getting close to the end of the tenant's lease and I was thinking about whether or not I should change PM's as well. I looked on google for nearby PM's and I found one a few with great reviews. My current PM does a decent job, but I just feel like I want to explore my options. What do y'all think?

I agree with both points by @Nathan Gesner  You always want to verify how your PM stacks up against the competition and find out if they are keeping up with the changing times. (IE still accepting cash payments at their office or taking paper checks over ach debits)  But you also dont want to just kick to the side a PM company that is actually doing a good job. It might be as simple as having a meeting with them and explaining the changes that their competition is offering and how they plan on dealing with it. Based on their answers you can make a choice then.
