I have a property in Cook County, IL. The Sheriff came out to do the eviction. Because the tenant is disabled and bed ridden they refused to do the eviction and called social services. Now they are working on relocating the tenant. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I work with several investors that sold their properties in California and moved every single dime to Wyoming last year. Some people take longer to wake up, and some are comfortable in their slumber.
