Hi @Simon Panosh  I have known Cynthia Niles at Lighthouse Property management and Realty for about 14 years.  She is the reason my portfolio is what it is today, and she now manages my 'old' partners portfolio among many others.  She is an investor/landlord herself, so she knows what we want and need.
