How do I find tenant to house hack???

Hello BP forums! I recently bought a foreclosed condo in Glendale WI. Spent the last two months rehabbing the entire place and the second bedroom is ready for a renter. I posted on Craig's List and am trying to pitch by word of mouth. I am struggling to find a qualified tenant. Does anybody have experience with this situation in house hacking? Please help!

Jarrett Kinney zillow won’t allow for posting rooms alone but they will allow it on Trulia and hotpad via their rental manager, formerly known as postlet. There are other room sharing sites if you google around.

Facebook marketplace and post it for rent in local facebook pages.
