Hi everyone, 

What software do you use to keep track of tasks and maintenance projects with your team for your rentals?  For context, our team maintains 127 units.

Are you using Property Management software? If not, I highly recommend you start. With the number of units you manage, Buildium would be a good choice and it includes maintenance tracking.

Task tracking depends on the kind of tasks. There is Todoist, Asana, Podio, and many more options but I would need to know more of what you are tracking before I could point you towards any particular tool.
