In my for rent ads, I post a little about my criteria and then ask if they smoke or have any animals.  The only way to reply is with anonymous e-mail, not by phone or text.

Got this email this evening and am really torn.  What do you think, BP?  A quality applicant? Smoking something but not sharing?

I just learned that Postlets no longer exists so I guess Zillow is probably the best option.
