How can I be safe and know I can buy, rehab, contract and profit
I have a really good deal I would like to make but it is 4 states away, I’m military and can’t travel to the property but can have a company I’m buying from do contracting and quotes for me. Does anyone recommend this to be a good idea even if it is a real good price? 3 properties for $30k total need about $5-15k each to be rent ready.
