How Do You Do Electronic Lease Signing
I have been signing documents electronically for real estate transactions for a few years. I know this has been adopted widely in the realtor community. It makes it very easy and fast to place offers.
On my last two lease signings, I have decided to do electronic signatures. I did it due to the tenants being out of town, but I am now thinking that I would like to do it with local tenants too. It is a huge time savings and I am working to automate my business, so that I don't need to be there.
My question to all the realtors, agents, landlords out there is, what options are there for low cost electronic document signing? I have used a free trial to Docusign and now SigningHub but I am going to run out of places to free trial pretty quickly, haha. I don't do enough transactions like a realtor to warrant a monthly subscription. I don't mind paying per transaction, something like $10 would be ok.
Any thoughts or recommendations?

I have Propertyware which has an e-signing option but that's too expensive for your portfolio. Adobe is an option.
Docusign is $10 a month for 5 documents or for $20 a month you get unlimited and could use it for sales, as well.
We use Zipforms and it includes an esignature software for free. Check and see if your state or local board provides a free or discount option.
