New Business in Property Management

I'm looking at starting a business in Property Management and would like feedback on what owners are looking for in a management company.  I have managed commercial real estate in Utah for the last eleven years and looking to go out on my own.  I run a tight ship and can offer great customer service and have a great background in real estate and management.

@Gina Carter the most important thing is honesty and communication. I agree with Kim that the best thing you can do is join NARPM. There are a lot of great professionals networking on a daily basis, helping each other improve their processes and their businesses. It's the best PM money I've ever spent!
