Hi BP

Awesome day today, just got word from my PM that my OOS tenant stabbed her partner. Plus no rent. Talk amongst yourselves. Oh and of course any thoughts or anecdotes are always appreciated. Because there is always a lesson that can be learned. :-)

P.S good news no one is deceased and stabber has been evicted.
