Property manager to sfh
Hello,
In California if I want to help my father manage his sfh rental property manager. Do I need license. I would like to put his name and mines to the rental contract as the ones who will be managing the property can I do this?

If you own the property, you don't need a property management license. If you are managing for someone else and signing legal contracts on their behalf then I believe you need a license. There may be exceptions if you are considered a direct employee of the owner but you should really contact the state to verify.
