What to plan for management/maintenance for 20 units?

Looking to purchase a 20-unit B class multi-family piece of real estate with a partner. We both have full-time jobs so our time will be limited. What type of management/maintenance should we plan for this type of operation?

For general planning purposes, set aside a portion of the monthly rent:

10% for maintenance

10% for capex

10% for vacancy

10% for property management

Those numbers may be high or low depending on your situation but it's a good place to start.
