Hi everyone,

Just a general newbie question

What would generally provide more rental income when renting by room:

4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms?

I think a 3/2 but it depends on your market and target audience. It's hard to get four people to share a single bathroom.
