Weather caused damages
If there is a hailstorm, as a landlord do you reach out to your tenant and ask if everything is ok? Or assume it is if they don’t reach out?

When there is a major weather event, it is a good idea to contact the renter to see if there are any problems. Many tenants won't think to look up at the roof or inspect the gutters and siding for damage.
