I have tenants that try and take advantage of me due to my age, I'm 23 years old so they try all the tricks in the book to try and slide by on things. How do I deal with this, tenants that don't respect me because of my age but I own the property and I am their landlord?

Hire a property manager until you have the experience to stand up to them. They're not taking advantage of you because you're young; they do it because you're inexperienced. I've seen them do the same thing to women, elderly, friendly single moms, minorities, etc. You need to show strength. When they ask a question, your answer is short, simple, and professional without justification, arguments, negotiations, or trying to think on the fly.

Give me some specific examples and I'll be happy to share some specific responses to demonstrate the difference.
