Which tool is more accurate when estimating potential monthly rent income on a property, rentometer or bigger pockets rent estimator? I plugged in an address and there was a $200 difference. TIA.

Do your own research. Computer algorithms can't give you accurate numbers. look for comparable rentals in your area. Maybe even schedule a time to walk through a few of them to see how yours compares.
