Saving Receipts for Booking Purposes

What do you all use for saving receipts, I started using Smart Receipts, an app, then found out they do not save items for you when you get a new phone. I am able to save and back them up to my computer but thought there might be a better system out there. What are you all using? I am really trying to get away from saving everything in my Google Drive for many reasons.

We have a very nice scanner. Everything is scanned to the computer and then backed up on Google Drive. All you need is to develop a filing system to keep them organized. We use [YYYY-MM-DD_Vendor Description and Address]. Even if something is filed in the wrong place, we should be able to search and find it. Examples:

2021-07-12 - Big Horn Glass Replacement Window for 123 Straight St

2021-07-12 - Walmart replacement blinds for 123 Straight St

Our receipts are uploaded to our property management system, tied to the work order and the property. We also file the receipts under the property on our Google drive (no subfolders because it's an unnecessary complexity). If I can't find it in the property management software for some reason, I could always search for a date range, the vendor (Walmart or Big Horn Glass), the purpose (window or blinds), or the address (123 Straight St) and I should be able to locate what I'm looking for.
