Specifically changes to requirements a good example would be Section 8.

NOLO has a book called, "Every Landlord's Legal Guide" that is my #1 recommended resource. Tons of practical advice from marketing, screening, dealing with lease violations, evictions, inspections, security deposits, and more. The book comes with your state-specific laws and they have a great website that provides even more information.
