So we just bought an investment rental property in the name of our trust. Our management property person is asking if we want to rent the house in our personal names or the trust? Which one is better or it doesn’t matter?

You should be using the same name for everything: deed, tax filings, bank accounts, and even property management. Your property manager should know this, which makes me question their experience.
