Non-Wifi Smart Locks

I wanted to ask this forum since it's very difficult for me to seem to find the correct answer, but I am looking for a smart lock (a keypad) that can possibly be programmed using bluetooth instead of wifi between tenants. Since I am not providing Wifi (unlike Airbnb) it will not be consistently connected to the internet so I won't be able to access it without the tenants manually programming it to their wifi.

Why is this necessary? BT requires you to be at the property, so just get a basic Schlage electronic entry and change the code during every turnover.
