She acquired single family homes in Long Island, NY rehabbing them for resale but then transitioned into multifamily in 2012. She has been involved in multifamily acquisitions of over 1200 units in Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Krista and her partner Chris Jackson have taken 8 multifamily properties full cycle. Sharpline has also owned, managed and sold 50 single family homes in Syracuse, NY. Krista loves to share her learning moments in her real estate journey to help better prepare those interested in passive or active investing in Real Estate.
