Agents can network with colleagues through our private Facebook group, quarterly BBQs (temporarily on hold), and optional online classes.

Agents get fast actionable responses from brokers (call or text), complimentary signs, in-house transaction coordination, and E&O insurance.

Support and training is largely focused on how to elements of a transaction. We are more likely to have a home inspector as a guest speaker than a marketing coach.

Because we do not help you get clients, the workload is about the same with each transaction, so agents pay a flat transaction fee instead of a split with the office.

Agents pay $85-125 per month and receive 100% commission less $650-850 per closing

Agents with no transaction experience pay an additional $850 per closing on their first three closings and get 1:1 broker-handholding at every step of the transaction.
