Join us this Thursday for some tasty drinks, food, & Real Estate chat & networking on the beautiful waterfront of SF, on a warm day, during sunset, with some of the tastiest foods in the Bay! Should be a beautiful sunny day to enjoy one of my favorite spots to relax in downtown San Francisco, right next to the water. No cost for the meetup, but bring preferably cash, for whatever you would like to eat or drink - to avoid splitting too many cards.
Join some SF investors and other locals to trade stories on our current projects, hear about what others are up to, and connect with more like-minded individuals in the real estate world. I usually do my meetings on-site at rehab projects in Oakland, but I'll be in SF, and the day is just too nice, so might as well enjoy the other side of the bridge too ;) Also a great day to come up from San Jose or San Mateo, Fremont, or down for the North Bay folks!
We will meet at this location behind the Ferry Building at 6PM:
Walk behind the south side of the Ferry Building, behind Sur la Table & Boulette's Larder Restaurant. There are some chairs and tables near the statue, a bit off of the Ferry Building. Meet here at 6PM, and we can move to a nearby restaurant, or grab something to go from the many stands, and dine al-fresco along the beautiful Embarcadero waterfront at 6:30PM, and catch the sunset. I edited the map so it is on the exact location on the link above. Should be a great day, but bring jacket as always! It's SF!

PUBLIC TRANSIT: Take Embarcadero BART for a couple-minute walk, or you can take CalTrain, and walk.
FERRY: Tiburon, Marin, Vallejo, You can take the ferry!!! Enjoy a beautiful ride on a beautiful day, straight to the Ferry Building.
PARKING: Ace Parking Operates the Washington Embarcadero Parking Lot right across the street from the Ferry Building. Validations from Ferry Building Marketplace Merchants accepted at this parking lot. Other lots here:

This is last-minute, so will probably be a smaller crowd. But that allows us to dive a little deeper :) ... I will be there at 5:30PM for anyone who's going to be around a little earlier.
