Hey fellow BP'ers!
We are hosting and co-organizing another SREII event. This time we will chat about issues in flipping. We keep hearing stories of newbies losing money on flips. Feels like for the last couple of months, we have been encouraging people NOT to get into flipping - and it's for good reasons. Some of the more active guys are starting to pull out of flips - so, ask yourself this, if the guys who are doing it actively are not doing it as much anymore (and not even because deals are not available) - should you really be looking at flips?
We may be joined by other experts to chat on this subject like @Ryland Taniguchi, @Jimmy Tang - @Tarl Yarber would join us - but he is enjoying his honeymoon!
