I'm pleased to say we're going to have back BP Podcast guest Engelo Rumora!

Yeah, that guy! 

For those who don't know Engelo:  He's “The Real Estate Dingo" and is a successful property investor that quit school at the age of 14, played professional soccer at 18 and bought his 1st investment property in February of 2011. Within 6 months he purchased 7 more properties in Australia and the US making his portfolio worth well over $1,000,000. He landed himself in the media spotlight when he purchased what is now known as “Australia’s Cheapest House”.

To date, Engelo has been involved in over 400 Real Estate transactions along with successfully founding and running 3 businesses in Toledo, Ohio. The most successful and prominent being Ohio Cashflow, a turnkey real estate business in Toledo, Ohio that specializes in providing turnkey properties in the Toledo, Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio markets. Ohio Cashflow always emphasizes quality over quantity with the main focus of building trust and relationships with investors and key individuals involved in the venture.

The event location is at 27 East 28th Street in the WeWork space. We'll start at 5:30pm and go to at least 8:30pm or until they kick us out as they did with the last one!

As I usually do, I want to personally thank Matt Rodak from FundThatFlip.com for getting us back to the WeWork space and making it happen. Thanks Matt! @Benjamin Hirsch from Regal Kitchens will also be there as will Paul Dicker from WSFS Mortgage, a direct lender. Expect to hear from each of them during the event about the great services they provide and deservedly so. Hearing from them is the only "pitching of products or services" you'll hear outside what other members may talk to you about.

Yes hungry people there will be food at the event. We'll have Pizza of all sorts, Beer and Wine (White & Red) for everyone to enjoy.

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, or you've been out of the game and need to get back in, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ.

There is no dress code. Come as you feel most comfortable to network with others. Just be prepared for another great event!
