Bio – John Hepner, CPA & Veteran Real Estate Investor is a Certified Tax Professional with expertise in real estate accounting and real estate investing since 1981. John is an active investor with rentals, flips and has used many creative financing techniques while taking full advantage of all tax benefits. John has been investing in the Jersey shore since 1997 and currently owns 12 condos. John is a past president of DIG, the Philadelphia REIA, where he has been a member for 35 years. John prepares federal tax returns in all 50 states and local returns in PA and NJ such that you pay the lowest legal tax. In short, John Hepner has the unique combination of 35 years of experience in both real estate investing and real estate accounting in our local area.
