Pickup Location: The DeRosa Group office - 354 S. Broad Street Trenton, NJ 08609

8:00 am: Arrive for networking and introductions
8:30 am: Bus departs

Travel to 4 for-sale properties in Mercer County

Spend between about 45 minutes walking through and discussing the home

Each home will have one designated SJREIA member responsible for presenting how they would analyze this home including:

• Describing their process for evaluating this home
• Discussing specific areas of concern about the property
• Leading group discussion, answering questions

1:00 pm arrive back at pick-up location

• 1:00 - 2:00 pm lunch, group discussion, networking
