The DeRosa Group (www.derosagroup.com) and Corsa Home Solutions (http://www.corsahomesolutions.com) are opening up their construction projects on a monthly basis to real estate investors who want to learn how to fix and flip! On August 19th, we are going to take people on a tour of one of our current fix and flip projects in South Philadelphia. For 2 hours, we will talk construction, financing, numbers, and anything else people want to learn about! In return, we are looking for strategic partners to help us find more fix and flip deals in Philly. For finding deals for us, individuals will not only receive a generous finder’s fee, but they will also be invited to shadow us on our next fix and flip project!

I'm excited to attend this event. I recently became of aware of the DeRosa Group through Matt's super informative videos on various real estate related topics. If this event is anything like Matt's videos in terms of the quality, then the event will be a home-run.
