Report Event

This event is brought to you by Investor Advantage, a group with a single purpose: to provide meaningful and practical training for Colorado real estate investors. The format is simple, we provide a real estate education (from experienced and active real estate investors) over lunch. You pay for your lunch, we provide the education.

Nobody will be asking you to pay membership fees, to purchase books, CDs, education programs, or to sign up for some ridiculous boot camp or mentor training.

This Weeks Topic: How to Master Door Knocking with Confidence

Door knocking can be a great asset to your business. In this class we will cover how to identify pre-foreclosures, properties on tax records, renav.com system, title companies etc. We'll go over scripts and dialogues on door knocking and cold calling as well as overcoming objections, and helping the customer out. Learn how to retain your equity in a strong real estate market, to prevent foreclosure, which will help your credit report, put money in your pocket, and transition after the sale.

Foreclosure and pre-forclosure lists can be a great source for door knocking. When working with distressed sellers you must know when the Colorado Foreclosure Protection Act (CFPA) applies, and what forms to use. Real Estate attorney, Greg Parham, will show you exactly what forms to use so that you remain compliant with the CFPA.
