Construction Attorney Robert Incollingo will discuss home improvement contract payment clauses - time & materials, cost plus, fixed price, fixed price with economic adjustments, fix price with incentive, cost plus incentive, as well as how draw schedules based variously on construction milestones or percentage completion, and front-end loading, down payments, and retention, impact cash flow.

Time permitting the discussion with cover conditional and final lien waivers, and preliminary demands for subcontractor and supplier lists (NJSA 2A:44A-37).
