Over the last few years, short-term vacation rentals have become a hot topic of discussion among real estate investors, homeowners, and travelers alike. Who wouldn’t love the idea of renting out a room or two in their home so they can make extra money on the side? Or as a landlord, the idea of getting above market rents is definitely enticing. Platforms such as AirBnB and VRBO have made it easier than ever to enter this niche, but what does it really take to run a successful short-term vacation rental business? How do you know what the vacancy rate will be? How do you know what to list the property at? How can you screen applicants? How can you be competitive? Why would you consider hiring a manager?

At this event we will be hearing from a short-term vacation rental veteran, Emanuele Pani, who has been utilizing this unique real estate investing strategy since 2010. As a young Sardinian immigrant Emanuele got started with his first listing on VRBO, when hardly anyone knew of this niche! Over the last several years, his business has snowballed with his experience ranging from that of an investor, real estate agent and property manager, offering short term rental management to both investors and local communities. Emanuele’s management allows others the opportunity to leverage his experience in the sector so they can take advantage of the flexibility and profitability of short-term vacation rentals, without having to deal with the high standards and demands that accompany entry into the hospitality industry. Additionally, Emanuele has a personal rental portfolio of 150 units as a partner in Domu Private Investments, a rapidly growing investment group that focuses on investing in middle America.

In addition to this valuable information, SNACKS, WINE, BEER, SOFT DRINKS and GIFT BAGS will be provided for attendees! There are also RAFFLE PRIZES to be won from the business card drawing. This meeting is people at any point in their investing journey; whether they are just getting started or have decades of investing experience! We are here to support one another in the pursuit of financial freedom and prosperity.
Don't forget your business cards... together we can grow our NETWORKS and our NET WORTHS! We look forward to seeing all of you as we celebrate each other for embarking on our journey to financial journey and prosperity!

@Share Ross @Oscar Jacome Just wanted to let you guys know that due to conflicting meetup events we have changed the date to MARCH 24th!

With the event less than four weeks, we want to make sure everyone has saved their seat by selecting “going” on the meetup page below:

https://www.meetup.com/Brick-by-Brick-Investor-Group/events/268809299/

You do NOT want to miss this event! We are so excited to be covering the illusive topic of short-term vacation rentals! With so much interest in this topic, we are lucky enough to be welcoming 10 year veteran Emanuele Pani as our speaker & expert on this topic. This event is for anyone with interest in short term vacation rentals, from professionals to novices.

Hello Everyone!

As I am sure you are all aware, due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are encouraged by our government officials to practice social distancing for the next few weeks. Following these recommendations, we will be postponing our event until it is safe to gather in large groups again. Please keep an eye out in the coming weeks for information regarding our new event date. We hope that everyone is staying safe and taking the necessary precautions in these difficult times.
