I love working within the SWFL REIA. We're a fantastic organization for networking and finding accurate market information. At SWFL, we use current market data to understand local market trends.
I’ve worked in real estate investing since 2001 and have been involved in most all aspects of residential real estate investing, from property management, leasing, and investing to whole selling, flipping, property preservation, and vacation rentals.
Accomplishments:
My expertise is in property management. I currently manage several hundred properties in Lee County (specifically Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs). I am one of the few investors who also enjoys property management. As a property manager and landlord of my investments, I understand the importance of preserving property.
Brief Biography:
Lee County has been my home my entire life. I received an associate’s degree from Edison College and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am a licensed real estate agent and a licensed community association manager (CAM). I also served on a two-year mission for my church in Mexico and am fully fluent in Spanish.
