A lot of Brokers know nothing about property management, but they'll be happy to take you on if you share your commission because it will typically result in more sales, as well.

It would be much faster to get a job as a Property Manager with an experienced, successful company. You'll learn the ropes faster and get a steady paycheck. After two years, step away and build your own company with the knowledge you've gained.
