STR Experiences in Indy
I am thinking about turning a SFH that was purchased into an STR in Indy and was wondering if anyone could share their good/bad experiences. In all honesty, I have never considered this approach in Indy until recently but wanted to learn from this forum. Thanks in advance. I really appreciate any advice.

First check the regulations for your area.
2nd, look on Vrbo and Airbnb to see if other similar properties to what you want and see how full their calendars are and how much they are charging.
