Buying short term vacation rental investment in Davenport Florida
I am new member.Hope this is the right place for my question. I am from Minneapolis MN and planing to buy short term vacation rental property in Davenport FL. Right now I am woking with a realtor and looking for 4/5 bed rooms pool houses. I can see many qualified properties around 200K. I am planing put 50K down and rest of the money will be from mortgage. My goal is cover my mortgage payment from profit.(Around $1200)Is this possible?
I also interviewed 2 property management companies but still not happy with their numbers. I am still looking for short term property management companies. Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
