Where do you keep your tenants supplies?
Supplies = soap, towels, t.p., laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.
Do you keep things like towels and soap in the bathroom, dish detergent by the sink, laundry detergent by the washer/dryer; or do you keep all of those things in one location in plain view as soon as you enter?
I keep all the items in plain view in one location. My prospective tenants don't know what they are walking in to, so I keep it all in view in one location so they know everything is there as soon as they walk in the door.

I keep supplies where they belong. Laundry detergent next to the laundry. Towels in the bathroom. Linens in the bedrooms.
