Posted

Hi guy,

Newby here: Everyone has a story and every story is interesting one.

For me, i'm start with barely knowledge and bought a condo to living in Bangkok when i graduated. for hoped that if i relocate to another area this condo with make me some passive income. which it did but not very well in number. i bought with cash around 46K usd (1.7M thai bath) rehab 9.6K usd and rent out 165 usd.

After my first Property i start to learn a lot in Rehab and How to become landlord. And plan to start another Property when i have more foundations of knowledge.

So, If you like to share some from your story how you begin at Real estate world. please write a comment it'll help newbie like myself a lot.

Wow! You have a very good start.
May i ask you at that time when you brought a hoarder house, How you determine a reasonable price for that house?

I am a real estate agent and familiar with the market. The land the house sat on was worth $75,000 all by itself. I knew comparable homes in that neighborhood sold for around $150,000 - $170,000 within the previous year. Watching the market every day helps me eyeball value very quickly.
