Hello to everyone here at Bigger Pockets Community -

I am a new member to Bigger Pockets. I am based out Whittier, CA. I recently began my real estate journey as an investor (Buy and Hold).

With only 6 months into this journey, I am grateful to have acquisition 4 properties in this span of time. I am here to learn from seasoned professionals as I seek to scale my portfolio.

I have ran out of my savings accounts and seeking for creative ways to continue to acquisition properties.

Any advice on what doors to knock for funding?

There's a book in the BP bookstore about how to finance properties. It's a good reference.

Have you considered partnering with someone? Have you looked for owner-financed properties? Subject To? Can you create a side hustle to increase earnings?

Where there's a will, there's a way.
