Hello everyone! I'm David and have been lurking here for about a year before finally signing up. I've been investing in Dickson County TN since around 2007 and own a couple of duplexes and some single family houses.

I'm looking forward to taking part in some discussions and connecting with other investors in this area.

@David Hudson Hi there are several investment meetup groups and investment clubs in Davidson County. If you haven't checked out the REIN group you should. Also check out meetup.com for other real estate investing groups. What niche of investing are you trying to get into?
