I am a Pittsburgh based real estate agent that is looking to develop working relationships with builders, developers, and investors. I have many ideas, some outside the box. I started my career in real estate contacting a builder that couldn't sell his expensive investment home despite the efforts of "big name" real estate companies. He took a chance on me and I came through for him. I enjoy the challenge of taking on new and difficult projects. I enjoy exploring new markets and ideas. I hope to make some contacts on BP with similar thinking people in other aspects of the game to make things happen.
