Gentlemen I am a developer in the Cleveland Are but I also cover all of Ohio, i.e. Colubus, Cinncy, Akron, Canton Etc. The majority of what we do are  condos/townhomes, but we also handle duplexs/Triplexs/Quads.

@Michael Mozie Welcome. Having a Realtor on your team is necessary long term, but there is no substitute for first hand knowledge. The wider the area that you are considering investing in, the greater likelihood that you will not find one that is well versed in that whole area. It makes sense to speak with several, so that they know you can be called when they come across something.
