Hi everyone, my name is Racheal Hubarth. I just recently closed on my first buy and hold deal and am excited to learn more about the world of REI. I'm currently looking to invest in areas north of Nashville as well as south central Kentucky. I would like to connect with others in my area and learn more about finding deals, finding financing, and general real estate investing advice.
