New investor from CT
Hi BP community,
My name is Aaron Hawthorne, I'm an engineer in the southern Connecticut region and I am new to real estate investing. After spending quite some time researching the basics of real estate investing, primarily through bigger pockets, i've generated a general map of where I want to take my investing and how I will reach my goals. My preference is to acquire value add multi family properties for long-term cash flow in the metro New Haven area.
Currently, I'm doing the groundwork for my first deal, I.e. talking to lenders, viewing properties and also looking for partners.
I would just like thank the guys at BP and the community for making all of this information available and showing such willingness to share experience with fellow investors.
Take it easy
