I am trying to find realtors/brokers, and contractors that can educate me about the Detroit Michigan market. I know people hate that market, but the downtown area is under a revitalization from what I hear on the news.

I have a deal where a buyer had me ask the seller if they are willing to do owner financing. What would I charge as a fee for putting this deal together?

Waterbury isn't a good market at all. You have to look at new haven county and Fairfield county. Hit me up I will do what I can to help you out. 

I'm thinking about wholesaling out there, but I have to do some more research. 

I haven't met an investor that is willing to wholesale in that city or really take on any projects there. There are tons of vacant properties there but no one is buying. Let me know if you find cash buyers in that town.
