Cecile Reyes a mentor doesn't have to be local to you, he or she should be available to answer your questions. There are plenty of investors on periscope that gives great content on there. There are two ladies that I follow on there that are in the Houston market. Check them out and see if they can help. Aunt Pam and Lo, they give great content.

Nevada I would use for buy and holds/ rental properties. If you are flipping or wholesaling use the Connecticut one for that.
